Any item(s) purchased at full price are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt less shipping charges. A $6.99 restocking fee will be charged per return for orders within the U.S. This fee will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.
International Orders are not eligible for return.
Items purchased with a unique discount code* are still eligible for return (unless the items were on sale).
*A sale code is different than a uniquely given discount code.
Please make sure to select your item(s) carefully as all sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. For all sizing information please check product page for size guide. Exchanges will be honored based on product availability in requested size.
To get started, please send firstname.lastname@example.org an email with both your Order Number and emailed used at checkout.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Refunds will be for the product cost (less shipping) AND less a restocking fee of $6.99 domestic and $11.99 international - and will be refunded via the method of payment.
To guarantee an exchange, place a new order on our website for the item(s) you would like to receive, then contact Customer Service with that order number and the return order number to be provided with a prepaid return label.
The best ways we preserve our KRAHS swimwear is following these simple cleaning steps. We suggest rinsing immediately after use with cold water. Hand soak your suit in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent no longer than 7-10 minutes. Lay suits on a flat surface to dry, out of direct sunlight to prevent suit from fading. Following the above steps will help preserve your suits for future wears.
Please note to achieve some of the best suit colors in swimwear, some of the dyes we use are not colorfast and may fade slightly. To avoid staining from occurring we suggest not wearing light colored clothing over wet swimsuits. Chlorinated Pools and Jacuzzis may damage fabric, so please be mindful before going in.
Please be aware that some countries may require additional taxes or duty (customs) fees to be paid by the purchaser on items shipped from the U.S. We recommend you look up the regulations of your country before placing an order so you aren't surprised by additional costs. In the UK, for example, customs fees may cost $30.
In addition, tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders placed outside the USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority."

All domestic orders (within the United States) are processed within 2-3 business days. All international orders are processed within 3-4 business days and will be shipped out on Tuesday and Thursdays. (please note, this will affect delivery time.) Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays and will ship the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

KRAHS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
KRAHS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not able to calculate these fees in advance, however you can estimate how much you will be charged for Import Fees on www.simplyduty.com or by clicking the country flag icon on the bottom right side of our website.
If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.
KRAHS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
